By accessing and using QR Code Generator ("the Service") at qr.sushant.cc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

QR Code Generator provides a free online tool to create QR codes for various purposes including URLs, text, WiFi credentials, contact information, and more. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties.

3. Free Use

The Service is provided free of charge. There are:

  • No watermarks on generated QR codes
  • No hidden fees or premium tiers
  • No registration required for basic use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate QR codes for illegal, harmful, or malicious content
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or scams
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Overwhelm, disable, or impair the Service (e.g., through automated bulk requests)
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you encode in QR codes. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Our Service: The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Sushant Nagi. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission.

Generated QR Codes: QR codes you generate are yours to use freely for any lawful purpose.

6. Data Retention

Generated QR codes and uploaded logos are stored temporarily for 48 hours to allow downloads. After this period, all data is automatically and permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The accuracy or reliability of any generated QR codes
  • That defects will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUSHANT NAGI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of data or profits
  • Business interruption
  • QR codes that fail to scan properly
  • Any damages resulting from content encoded in QR codes

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sushant Nagi from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Update these Terms with reasonable notice
  • Implement usage limits if necessary to maintain service quality

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
